To order an illustration just fill out the order form and upload a photo of the building to be illustrated (or tell us the address if you need us to use a Google Maps image). Any add-ons, or custom requests can be specified in the form. After filling out the form, we will email you an invoice that you can pay securely through our Quickbooks payment process. Once paid, we will begin working on your illustration. When it is finished we will email you a high quality digital copy of your illustration. We can also send you a print of your illustration for an additional cost. 

Our pricing table is listed below. The standard illustration is a high quality, custom designed digital illustration emailed to you when complete. This helps keep the cost low and you can display it digitally or have it printed yourself. We offer optional features for an additional cost such as custom text or having a print mailed to you.   

Because of the custom nature of the illustration process, we need to review each order to make sure we can create your illustration to your specifications. You can place an order by filling out the form below and once we receive the order we will email you an invoice that you can pay securely online through our Quickbooks email invoice. Once paid, we will begin your illustration. If for some reason we need more information or are unable to produce an illustration to your needs, we will let you know and you will not be sent an invoice. 

Yes. We can Illustrate your home or building using a Google Maps image as long as it is available. Just send us the address and we will see if we can pull up a photo. Keep in mind, if you do not have a photo to use a reference, we can only go by the most recent Google Maps photo and some features or characteristics of the building may have changed either before or after the latest photo was taken. 

Front facing photos work best for illustrative purposes. If you would like to feature a different side of the home or building, we can do that as well as long as the photo is facing the side you want illustrated relatively straight on. Angles that are extremely high, low, or skewed do not work as well for the illustrations. 

Absolutely! If you want an address, sentimental message, or label such as “Grandma’s House” we can add it to the illustration. Just select a font and tell us if you would like the text above or below the image. 

Since each illustration is custom and hand designed, it typically will take us anywhere between 3-5 business days to complete.  

Yes. We can send a print of your illustration along side your digital copy for an additional cost. Just select the size of your print and the address you would like us to send it to.
